How The Power of the Pause Program works:

The Power of the Pause Program is designed to introduce individuals to mindfulness techniques such as meditation, visualization and conscious breathwork to help improve communications with others, allow space for creative solutions, become more comfortable with uncertainty and adversity and learning how to skillfully tap into intuition as a source of knowledge.

Here's what you get in The Power of the Pause Program:

  • Gain clarity in decision-making

You will learn tips, tools and practices to help you establish and maintain a mindfulness practice that focuses on self-care and develops a deeper sense of self-awareness.  Ultimately, our intention is to help individuals develop a daily mindfulness practice that allows them to act from a place of positive and thoughtful intention, rather than emotional reaction.

 

We’ll share tools for:

  • How to get pause in key moments of conflict

  • Working with negative self-talk and overcoming the endless list of “shoulds”

  • Creating a process that reconnects you to joy and purpose

Who Is This Program Designed For?

Initially the Power of the Pause Program was designed for lawyers in connection with continuing legal education programs. However, the Power of the Pause Program can be applied to ANYONE from all walks of life.

In today’s “connected world”, most of us struggle with being truly present in our lives. We are often overcommitted, overwhelmed and trying to juggle multiple responsibilities at the same time. Unfortunately, we find ourselves reacting to the circumstances that “happen to us” rather than taking actions that serve our purpose and intention. When we react versus act, we typically do so from learned behavior ingrained over many years and subconscious physical responses such as fight or flight, both of which often cause us more harm than good.

If you are tired of reacting to the circumstances that “happen to you” in your life and are ready to creating a life that serves your purpose and brings your brings you peace and joy, then the Power of the Pause Program is for you.
