How I Went From Cry Baby Kris to kOMposed Kristine

There it was.  I was sitting in my car waiting for my son and an email from kOMpose Yoga about a $99 membership special for February popped up.  I froze.  I was mortified. I had completely forgotten about the email offer and that I had scheduled it for automatic delivery.  I felt my blood pressure rise and all of the muscles in my body tighten.

Create Your Own Flow in 2019

After class last week I made a comment to a group of students that kOMpose was celebrating its second birthday this month!  I went on to say that starting kOMpose has been one of the hardest things I have ever done in my life but by far it has been the most rewarding.

Sun, Sand and Shifts

Last week we held our annual winter yoga retreat in Tulum, Mexico. Tulum is a beautiful town about 90 minutes south of Cancun known for its friendly and eclectic vibe, white sandy beaches and amazing food and margaritas.  It is my favorite place in Mexico and I was super excited to get out of the frigid weather in Indiana for a few days and enjoy the warm weather.
